Can I float after dyeing my hair?
The high salt concentration will strip or alter hair color, so you must wait 3 weeks after a professional salon service or 4 weeks after using a boxed hair dye. This policy protects your beauty results and keeps our pods clean for everyone. We require full compliance to ensure the water remains pristine.
Is the water clean?
Sanitation is our highest priority. The high concentration of Epsom salt is naturally antibacterial. Furthermore, between every session, the Dream Pod's entire water volume is circulated multiple times through a state-of-the-art filtration system that includes UV sterilization and advanced dual filtration.
Are there physical requirements?
For your safety, guests must be able to enter and exit the pod independently. This includes stepping in, sitting down, reclining, and standing back up without any hands-on assistance from our staff. We want everyone to have a safe and peaceful visit while maintaining these necessary safety standards.
What if I am claustrophobic?
The Dream Pod is spacious and designed for comfort. You control your environment at all times; choose to float with the lid open or closed, and adjust internal lights to your preference. Most clients find the feeling of weightlessness liberating rather than confining.
What do I need to bring?
We provide everything: towels, earplugs, organic shampoos, and body wash. While most guests prefer to float nude to avoid sensory distraction, you are welcome to bring a swimsuit if it makes you feel more comfortable in your private room.
